§ 17-2. Sale of property confiscated by police.

Latest version.

Any property confiscated by the police pursuant to any ordinance of the city, which may have a legitimate use, may be sold by the police department after giving ten (10) days public notice of sale by posting at the city hall, and the proceeds thereof paid into the police pension fund.
