§ 12-73. Permit required; fee.

It shall be unlawful for any person to install, drive or drill a well for the purpose of obtaining water without first obtaining a permit therefor from the building official of the city. The cost of such permit shall be in accordance with the City of Lake Worth building permit fee schedule, as amended from time to time.
