§ 2-245. Created; jurisdiction.

Pursuant to the "Florida Enterprise Zone Act" (the "Act") provisions of F.S. § 290.0056, the city's "enterprise zone development agency" is hereby created. The agency will perform an essential public function and will have jurisdiction over the areas designated by the city commission as enterprise zones.
