§ 2-109. Appeal.

The owner of the motor vehicle that has been the subject of a seizure and impoundment pursuant to sections 2-104, 2-105, and 2-106 or the city may appeal the rulings and decisions of the special master or the alternate special master of the City of Lake Worth to the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Palm Beach County within thirty (30) days of the date of the order being appealed. The city may charge a reasonable fee for the preparation of the record for purposes of making the appeal.
