§ 2-59. Organization.

The board of commissioners of the community development agency, which was previously created by resolution of the city commission and consisted of the five (5) members of the city commission plus two (2) additional members, shall hereafter consist of seven (7) commissioners appointed by the city commission. The board shall be organized and shall operate as provided in section 163.356, Florida Statutes, as amended from time to time.
