§ 2-14. Chapter 104, Florida Statutes, "Election Code; violations; penalties," adopted by reference.

The provisions of the Election Code of the State of Florida as recited in Chapter 104 of the Florida Statutes, and being sections 104.011 through 104.46 of said Florida Statutes is hereby adopted by reference as a part of the election code of the city, under which all municipal elections of said city shall be conducted and the same is hereby made a part hereof as if set out herein in full.
