§ 2-10.3. Historic status confirmation fees.

Whenever the city receives a request for historic status confirmation or information about the historic status of a particular property, a service fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) shall be charged for each request. Each request must be submitted in writing, with the required fee, at least seven (7) business days before the city's response.
