§ 2-10.1. Lien search fees.

Whenever the city receives a request for an accounting of the amount of any outstanding city liens, a service fee shall be charged for each request. Such service fee shall be established by resolution. Each request must be submitted in writing, with the required fee, at least seven (7) business days before the city's response.
