General provisions
. Any development permit application which involves proposed alteration of "environmentally
sensitive lands" as defined in Palm Beach County Ordinance No. 89-23 and shown as
such on the "Inventory of Native Ecosystems in Palm Beach County" or the Lake Worth
Comprehensive Plan map series shall require submittal of an application to the Palm
Beach County Department of Environmental Resources Management.
