No person shall construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish or change the occupancy
of a building or structure, or any outside area being used as part of the building's
designated occupancy or erect, install, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or
replace any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, the installation of which
is regulated by the Florida Building Code, or cause any such work to be done, without
first making application to the building official and obtaining the required permit
for the work in conformance with then current edition of the Florida Building Code.
All building permits shall be in conformity with these LDRs and any applicable development
approval related to the parcel proposed for development.
