§ 15-5. Bombs, other hazards; false reports.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, to knowingly give false information to the effect that a bomb will be exploded or that any other serious hazard exists in any public conveyance, house of worship, school, theater, auditorium, assembly hall, factory, warehouse, industrial, commercial or residential buildings or any other place used for public gatherings.
