§ 15-41. Repairing of motor vehicles in residential areas.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to repair a motor vehicle in a residential area.

(b)

This section does not apply to minor repairs, such as tire changing or repairing, lamp globe changing, fan belt changing, the charging or changing of batteries, oil changing, tune-ups, chassis lubrication, and other repairs requiring similar time, expense and/or expertise.
