§ 15-38. Destruction of, injury to, etc., public property.

Whoever willfully or negligently destroys, injures, mutilates, disfigures or fails to return any property of any kind, nature or character whatsoever, belonging to the city, or property used by any officer, agent, employee or workman of the city in his official duty, employment or work, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
