§ 15-36. Trespass on golf course.

(a)

It shall be unlawful and deemed a trespass for anyone other than a member of the Lake Worth Golf Course, a greens fee player, or a guest of one of the two (2) preceding classifications, to go upon the playing area of the Lake Worth Golf Course.

(b)

A violation of this code would be deemed a misdemeanor of the second degree carrying a maximum penalty of sixty (60) days in jail and/or a five hundred dollar ($500.00) fine or whatever sentence is deemed appropriate by the judge.
