§ 15-30. Stolen property; receiving; possessing; concealing.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to buy, receive, possess or aid in the concealment of stolen money, goods or property, knowing the same to have been stolen, where the value of the property is one hundred dollars ($100.00) or more, or where the property is:

    (a)

    A will, codicil, or other testamentary instrument;

    (b)

    A firearm;

    (c)

    A motor vehicle;

    (d)

    Any member of the genus Bos (cattle) or the genus Equus (horse) or any hybrid of the specified genera; or

    (e)

    Any make, type or model of fire extinguisher.
