§ 15-20. Interference with utility meters, property.

It shall be unlawful for any person except the regularly authorized employees of the
water and light department, to remove, change, install or interfere with any electric
light or water meters in any dwelling, office, storeroom or other place or building
or to lay, stretch, attach, remove or in any manner interfere with any water pipe
or electric light wire or attachments or connections thereto; to place, remove, change
or in any manner interfere with any electric light pole or other equipment belonging
to or under the supervision of the light and water department of the city.
