§ 15-14. Firearms, firecrackers, fireworks, explosives.

It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge firearms, explosives, firecrackers or fireworks within the city. This shall not apply to police officers and other peace officers in the lawful discharge of their duty, nor to persons granted permits so to do by the city, nor to persons defending persons or property against unlawful attack.
