§ 15-12. Drinking on public ways.

No person shall drink any spirituous, vinous, malt, or any other intoxicating liquor in or upon any street, avenue, alley, municipally owned or operated parking lot, or any other public way or on any public property in the city unless such activity falls within one of the city's exempted activities set forth in subsection 15-27.5(2) of this Code.
