§ 14-178. Nonmotorized vehicle permit nontransferable.

The nonmotorized vehicle permit in nontransferable. Any permit transfer other than provided above shall render the permit void and ineffective. Any business sale, assignment (whether voluntary or involuntary), or transfer of over fifty (50) percent of the shares of any corporate permit holder shall be construed as a transfer and shall render the permit void and ineffective.
