Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate a provision of this article, or
fail to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, or permit a violation
thereof in conducting any garage sale not in accordance with the provisions hereof,
shall be guilty of a violation of this article. Such a violation may be determined
by either the Lake Worth Code Enforcement Board, with applicable fines pursuant to
chapter 162, part I, Florida Statutes, or by a code enforcement officer employing
the supplemental enforcement procedures of chapter 162, part II, Florida Statutes,
or section 166.0415, Florida Statutes.
