Any person, firm or corporation, violating any of the provisions of this article,
or permitting a violation hereof, in addition to the revocation of the license, shall
be guilty of a violation of this article as determined by the Lake Worth Code Enforcement
Board and shall be fined in accordance with the rules and regulations as established
by said board pursuant to Section 166.051, Florida Statutes.
