§ 14-5. Application for local business tax receipt.

An application for a local business tax receipt shall be filed on a standard application form supplied by the city and such application shall not be processed until the application form is completed and the corresponding tax, as set forth herein is paid. All applicants applying for a local business tax receipt must submit a valid Florida driver's license, registration or other valid form of identification at the time of application.
