§ 13-9. Nonpayment of library fines or failure to return materials a municipal ordinance violation.

Any person who shall borrow any material from the public library and who shall fail to return said material to the public library, or who shall fail to pay any fine due, shall be deemed to have committed a municipal ordinance violation and may be prosecuted for same according to law.
